"Damaged box, but customer service made it right"
My order showed up with one item damaged from shipping, which was frustrating at first. I sent over a couple pictures, and they responded quickly. They didn’t make me jump through a bunch of hoops either, they just sent out the replacement part and got it handled. It took a few days, but i think most customers would appreciate how fair and easy they made the process. It ended up being a good experience overall.

"Not quite what I thought I was ordering"
It works fine, so I can’t really complain too much, but the picture threw me off. I saw it and thought, yep, that’s the finish I need… and then when it arrived, I realized I’d ordered the wrong one. Kind of a “well, that’s on me, but also the photo didn’t help” situation.

I don’t know, the prices just feel kind of high overall, and, for what you get, it doesn’t really seem worth it to me.

"Backorder update was annoyingly late"
The order itself was fine, but the backorder update was handled badly. I didn’t hear anything until I reached out and asked, which is kind of a dumb way to keep customers informed. Not the end of the world, but definitely annoying.

I used qualifiedhardware.com while trying to figure out a few door hardware parts, and overall the product info was helpful. The measurements and finish options were laid out well enough that I could compare what I needed without totally guessing.
That said, just a heads up: a few of the pages are definitely written more for people who already know hardware terms. I had to reread one listing a couple times before I felt comfortable placing the order, so don’t rush through the specs.
In the end, the site did help me narrow things down and avoid ordering the wrong part, but I’d still recommend double-checking everything before you buy. It’s a solid resource, just not completely foolproof.

I ordered a few cabinet parts from qualifiedhardware.com and was happy with how the shipping was handled. The cost felt fair and it was shown clearly before checkout, which I really appreciated since I hate getting hit with surprise fees at the end.
The package arrived in good shape, and the delivery charge made sense for what I bought. Overall, I felt satisfied with the whole experience and would definitely consider ordering from them again.

I ordered a few hardware parts and, surprisingly enough, they showed up way sooner than I figured they would. Tracking worked fine too, which is always nice when that actually happens. No real complaints here, the shipping speed was solid.

The box showed up neat overall, just had a small dent on the outside. I’m always a little worried I’ll get fooled by bad packaging or something that looks tampered with, but this one seemed fine.

They did get my special order right, so credit where it’s due. But getting updates was a bit of a treasure hunt, because apparently calling twice is part of the experience. Not awful, just more effort than I was hoping for.
